The Production Incentive Program is a custom benefit, structured to reflect the unique needs and goals of each client company implementing the plan. Each company owner will be able to design a plan that makes financial sense and that can be cost neutral. The PIP can be cost neutral when a company owner designs a plan in which there is no benefit offered unless specified levels of production, performance and, or profitability are achieved!
